These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and SocialFeedly Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, concerning your access to and use of the SocialFeedly platform and services.

SocialFeedly provides a social media management platform that allows users to manage multiple social media accounts, schedule content, analyze performance, and automate various social media tasks through our web-based application.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia and Canadian law, SocialFeedly Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

12. Dispute Resolution

In accordance with British Columbia law, we encourage resolution of disputes through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be subject to mediation or arbitration as provided under BC law.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
